One of the many ways we do that is through our “Just-In-Time” Program. Some of our customers feel that walnuts are preserved better in their shell. That’s why our “Just-In-Time” Program is so valuable. The nuts are cracked and boxed just prior to shipment to ensure the finest and freshest quality available.

We constantly reinforce our commitment to safe procedures and safe food. Our Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) help assure that any safety issues are identified and taken care of immediately and for the future.

When it comes to food safety, times are changing and our industry is changing with them. Today’s customer requires “traceability” in all aspects of food handling. Thanks to our stringent HAACP Program, we’re able to trace each case of walnuts to the field in which it was grown.
