When it comes to shelling and
sorting we’re built for speed. All of
our equipment is manufactured by Grossi Fabrication, Inc. – an innovator in nut shelling fabrication equipment.
Our two cracking lines can each
process 7,000 lbs. an hour. We use state-of-the-art pre-roller sizing before cracking to ensure the most efficient crack. Our cutting edge aspiration
and air design assures the efficient
separation of meat and shell, which delivers a very low sheller loss.
